幼儿教师自主培训的三维探析

摘    要:幼儿教师自主培训指幼儿教师个体凭借自身主观意识,积极、自觉、主动、有目的地进行学习活动,其目的是为开拓个人视野、提高自身能力、更好地担任教师这一角色。为帮助幼儿教师有效发挥自主培训的积极作用,从方向、内容、方式三个维度解析自主培训。方向上,自我审视,进行“定向”自主培训;内容上,洞察知识,践行“深度”自主培训;方式上,交流对话,实践“反思”自主培训。

Abstract:The independent training of kindergarten teachers refers to the activities of individual kindergarten teachers who rely on their own subjective consciousness to actively,consciously,actively and purposefully learn.The purpose is to broaden their personal horizons,improve their abilities,and better serve the role of teachers.In order to help kindergarten teachers effectively play the positive role of independent training,the independent training is analyzed from the three dimensions of direction,content,and method:in terms of direction,highly directional independent training should be carried out though self-examination;in terms of content,independent training with depth should be carried out though insight into knowledge;in terms of methods,independent training with reflection should be carried out by exchange and dialogue.
