| 摘 要： | 我国上市公司非理性的股利分配政策,已成为影响我国资本市场发展的严重障碍。本文在分析我国上市公司股利分配政策现状与核心特征的基础上,揭示了其市场效率低下的深层次原因,并结合我国国情,提出了我国上市公司股利分配政策理性化回归的对策与策略。

| Abstract: | The listed-company allotment policy of interest on shares in our country has become the serious obstacles that affect the capital-market development of our country.On the basis of analyzing the present condition and the core characteristics of shares-interest allotment policy of listed-company in our country,this paper hints the deep reasons in the low market efficiency.Meanwhile,in combination with our country's circumstances,it puts forward the rationalization-return counterplan and strategy of our country listed-company shares-interest allotment policy. |
