| 摘 要： | 中国体育产业在“十一五”经济发展周期中,具有十分有利的发展环境,但体育产业在发展中还面临总体育发展不平衡;结构不合理;消费水平不高;市场主体不成熟;企业竞争力弱;资源垄断现象严重;经营管理人才匮乏等问题。“十一五”期间要以市场为导向,加快实现资源的市场化配置;创造经营环境,规范市场主体;明确管理职能,处理好政府与市场的相互关系;依靠社会力量,建立和完善行业管理机制。

| Abstract: | Chinese sports industry take on an advantaged environment of development within the economic developing cycle of the Eleventh Nations"Five-Year-Plan".But the industry still faces problems like development unbalance,inconsequence industry structure,low expense level,undeveloped principal part of market,weak competitive capability of enterprises,strong resource monopoly and lack of expertise talents.In this economic cycle,sports resource must be expedited in the market.Government needs to create well-run commercial environment and management regulations to improve relationship between government and market.We should rely on society energy to build up an excellent operational mechanism. |
