| 摘 要： | 以沈阳市旅游学校为例，提出中等职业教育应坚持以就业为导向，深化办学模式改革，具体措施是：创新办学理念，建设一流的品牌学校；瞄准旅游大市场，创建旅游专业群；深化教育教学改革，优化人才培养模式；坚持开放办学，构建多层次办学体系；以就业为导向，积极拓宽实习、就业渠道。

| Abstract: | Taking Shenyang touring school as the example,the author put forward that secondary vocational school should deepen schoolrunning model by persisting in employment orientation,the material measures are: innovate school-running thinking and construct topping brand school;aim at touring market and create the cluster of touring specialty;deepen education and teaching reform and optimize talents cultivation model;persist in running school openly and build school-running system of multi-layers,etc. |
