| 摘 要： | 建设法治国家是中国发展的历史必然。法治国家要求国民对法律具有信徒般虔诚的崇信,而法律信仰的培育、形成,有赖于国家对国民进行持久的法制教育。

| Abstract: | To build the country that is ruled by law is the historical inevitability of the development of China. Running the country according to the law requires that our citizen should have disciple's religious conviction,whereas the cultivation and the forming of law conviction depends on permanently legal education that is implemented among our citizen by the country. |
