| 摘 要： | 本文建立了一个内生结构模型反映外商直接投资区位分布与区域经济发展相互影响的内生关系，并利用我国跨省份Panel数据进行经验研究。主要发现外商直接投资区位分布与区域经济发展水平之间确实存在正向的相互影响关系。并证实了开放的经济政策、低廉的劳动力成本、完善的基础设施也有利于吸引外资的进入。

| Abstract: | This paper establishes an endogenous structural model to reflect the relation between the location of FDI and the regional economic development, and conducts an empirical study on province - level panel data in China. The results show that there is a positive relation between the location of FDI and the regional economic development, and confirm that the liberal economic policies, low labor costs, good infrastructure is also conducive to attract foreign investment to enter. |
