高等学校收入分配制度改革的思考和建议

摘    要:高等学校新一轮收入分配制度改革无论是在人事管理制度还是收入分配制度上将引起深刻的变革,同时也会大大促进了高校教学、科研以及人才培养的发展。本文通过对新一轮收入分配制度改革方案的解读和实施工作,从现行收入分配制度的现状和缺陷分析出发,阐述了高校收入分配制度改革的思路,强调岗位聘任和绩效考核是本次收入分配制度改革的核心,并给出了实施建议。

Abstract:The reform of new income distribution system in institution of higher education can not only cause the profound transformation in the personnel management system as well as the income distribution system,but also greatly promote the development of teaching,scientific research and training of talented persons.In terms of the actuality and limitation of analyzing current income distribution system,the author presents the idea and characteristics of the new income distribution system through the understanding and the implementation work of the new income distribution system.Moreover,it should be emphasized that the position assignment and duty assessment are two important cores,and some new suggestions are given to create an effective mode of personnel management.
