摘    要:分析了目前实践教学环节中存在的若干问题,在此基础上,提出了金属材料工程专业卓越工程师培养实践能力的要求,针对存在的问题,从培养方案优化、实践教学的管理监督和考核制度制订、校内工程训练中心建立、校外实践基地建设、师资队伍优化等方面,提出了构建实践教学体系的具体措施。

Abstract:Some problems existing in the current teaching practice were analyzed. On the basis of these, the new requirements of practice abilities of the metal materials and engineering students' during the excellent engineers training were put forward. Then, in view of the existing problems, the specific measures of constructing the practical teaching system were given from the aspects of the training scheme optimization, the management-supervision and examination system, inner engineering training center establishment, out-school practice base construction, and the teacher team optimization.
