| 摘 要： | 食品安全生物检测综合大实验是食品质量与安全专业很重要的专业实践环节。运用任务驱动教学法,将实验内容设计成不同层次的任务,在任务完成过程中,注重综合设计实验和实际操作能力的培养,达到综合大实验的教学目的,调动了学生的学习积极性,取得了良好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Food safety biological detection experiment is an important practice for the students whose major are food quality and safety. With applying task-driven method, the experiment have been designed into different levels tasks. It is pay attention to cultivate the comprehension ability of experimental design and laboratory technique. Task-drive method stimulate the learning enthusiasm and obtain a good result. |
