| 摘 要： | 在学分制教学改革的推动下，课内外一体化俱乐部制教学模式通过将学校体育运动队和学生体育社团这两种当前国内高校的主要课外体育活动形式课程化，并且将其统一纳入到课外体育俱乐部进行统筹发展，从而拓宽了传统体育教学的形式，强化了课内体育和课外体育之间的延续性和互补性，完善了学分制下课内外一体化教学管理的构思,实现了因材施教、个性培养的学分制人才培养理念，多途径实现了学校体育教育的目标。

| Abstract: | With the promotion of teaching reform in credit system, and through the transformation of campus sports team and sports association, both of which are currently the two major extracurricular sports activities in domestic colleges and universities, into daily education courses, and incorporating both the extracurricular sports activities into extracurricular sports club for coordinating development, the teaching mode of in-and-after class integration club system will achieve the goal of school physical education in diversified ways, which includes the extension of traditional physical education forms, better continuity and complementary between physical education in-and-after physical education classes, the optimization of the formulation integrating teaching management in-and-after classes under credit system, and the realization of talents training idea of credit system featured by treating students as individuals and personality cultivation. |
