| 摘 要： | 现代信息的内容包括各种文字、指令、数据、信号、图形、图像、声音等。当今，信息已经成为人类的一种资源，它使人类社会进入了信息化生存的时代。然而，一个数字化、宽带网的信息高速公路的建立是实现信息化的理想通道。而现代远程教育必须信息化，在现阶段，远程教育信息化首先是数字化和信息传输宽带化。现代信息技术为远程教育信息化提供了重要手段。

Building a digitized and wide-web information highway is an ideal way for realizing information exchanging. Mordern information technology provides an efficient means for distance education information exchange. |
