| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年糖尿病特点及其诊断方法,提出临床医生在诊治中应提高警惕性,减少漏诊和误诊。方法:自2005年1月~2006年4月共收集17例老年糖尿病并发症入院资料。结果:3例病人分别因心肌梗塞、肾功衰及高渗性昏迷死亡,其余患者经积极治疗,并发症及血糖控制好,出院。结论:老年2型糖尿病患者合并症多,容易漏诊和误诊。医生应提高警惕性,重视对OGTT及餐后血糖的监测。

| Abstract: | Objective:Studying the old people's characteristics of diabetes,diagnosis,putting forward a clinical doctor should raise vigilance,decrease missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in curing.Methods:From January of 2005 to April of 2006 17 old people were in hospital for the diabetic complications.Results:3 patients separately died because of myocardial infarction,renal failure and hyperosmotic nonketonic coma.The complications and blood sugar controlled,the rest of 17 cases left hospital through positive treatment.Conclusion: It is easy to miss diagnosis for many complications of the old-age type 2 diabetes.Doctors should raise vigilance,pay attention to monitoring the OGTT and the blood sugar after meal. |
