| 摘 要： | 目的通过测定黄芪保健酒中各种有效成分的含量,为黄芪酒的保健功效和实用价值提供必要的理论依据。方法采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3比色法测定总黄酮的含量,采用香草醛-硫酸法测定皂苷的含量,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖的含量,使用6300型氨基酸自动分析仪测定氨基酸的含量,采用AAS-6000型原子吸收分光光度计测定微量元素的含量。结果黄芪保健酒中黄酮含量为1.856 mg/g,皂苷的含量为0.835 mg/g,多糖的含量为2.178 mg/g;共有18种氨基酸,其中包括8种人体必需氨基酸;微量元素共有10种,其中钙和镁的含量最高。结论黄芪保健酒具有较高的保健功效和实用价值。
