| 摘 要： | 在当前社会就业压力普遍较大的情况下,作为高等院校,特别是高职院校的就业指导部门,如何引导学生认清目前社会就业市场的现状,帮助他们消除就业认识上的误区,是广大就业指导工作者亟待完成的紧迫任务,也是工作艰巨性之所在。因此,我们要帮助大学生认清形势,并努力为毕业生架起顺利就业的桥梁。

| Abstract: | Today it is very difficult for a person to find a good job .As a member of a vocational technical college ,especially as a member of Employment Guidance Department ,it is an urgent task of ours to make the students recognize the present situation of employment and then to correct the mistakes in their mind as for job hunting. And the task is also very hard for us. Thus, we should help students to recognize the situation. Furthermore, we should try to help the students find jobs successfully. |
