| 摘 要： | 我国近来对大学生进行职业生涯规划教育已形成共识,将生涯规划辅导引向个体连续的职业生涯发展上,融入到个体的自我发展过程、角色发展进程中。要充分发挥高校在大学生职业生涯规划教育中的作用,引导大学生根据自身的发展需要与社会需要,发挥自身的优势,促进大学生自我发展。
