摘    要:市场营销是经济管理专业的核心课程,教学过程中存在教学内容老化、重理论轻实践、缺乏实践教学等问题,"模拟公司"教学法是通过"模拟公司"的形式让学生学习真实工作所需要的各种技能的教学方法,可以使学生更快、更有效的掌握市场理论知识和技能,更好的融入企业营销工作,是培养社会需要的实用型市场营销人才的有效教学方法。

Abstract:The marketing is the core curriculum of economy management specialty,existing the problems of teaching content is old,focuses on the theory,lack of practice teaching in the teaching process,"simulated company" teaching method is to allow students to learn a variety of skilled teaching methods the work need through the" simulated company" form,so that students can faster,more effective grasp the market theory knowledge and skills,better integrate into enterprise marketing work,is the effective teaching methods to train practical marketing personnel to meet social need.
