| 摘 要： | 随着科学的进步,人们的闲暇时间越来越多,休闲成为人们生活中的重要组成部分,同时休闲生活中的问题也逐渐呈现出来。该文从大学生身心内部因素及社会、学校等外部因素对导致休闲生活中主要问题的原因进行了分析,最后从大学生自身和社会环境方面提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | With the development of science,people’s leisure time is increasing,leisure has become important part in people’s life,at the same time,problems in leisure life have gradually emerged.This article analyzes the main problems in the leisure life from the college students’ physical and mental internal factors and external factors,finally proposes the corresponding countermeasures from the college students themselves and the social environment. |
