摘    要:良好的师生关系,即在教育教学过程中建立和谐的师生关系,是教育教学实践和人才培养过程的现实要求,也是教育教学活动顺利和高效进行的保证,更是确保教育教学质量工程的重要一环。本文基于远程开放教育中师生关系特点,从师生各自角色的转变进行分析,旨在积极探讨远程开放教育中和谐师生关系的构建。

Abstract:Good relationship between teachers and students,that is to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in the process of education and teaching,is the practical requirements of teaching practice and training process,also the guarantee of education teaching activity smoothly and efficient implementation,is an important part to ensure the teaching quality project.Based on the characteristics of relationship between teachers and students in distance open education,from the respective changes of the characteristics of teachers and students to analyze,aiming to explore the construction of harmonious relationship between teachers and students in the open and distance education.
