| 摘 要： | 和谐社会是党和国家面向新世纪提出的具有一种特定内容的社会目标。和谐校园在和谐社会中扮演着重要角色,已成为我国教育的关键词。和谐的大学教育管理机制是和谐校园中的重要组成部分。本文主要是探讨在新世纪的条件下,我国的大学如何建立一个和谐的大学教育管理机制。
