| 摘 要： | 阳光体育运动是指坚持“健康第一”的指导思想,以全面实施《学生体质健康标准》为基础,以“达标争优、强健体魄”为目标,以增进学生的健康、增强学生的体质为目的,要求培养学生具有主动的体育意识、体育能力、体育习惯、体育行为,在广大青少年中形成热爱体育、崇尚运动、健康向上的良好风气,最终在全社会形成全民族身体素质普遍提高的局面

| Abstract: | The sunshine sports refers to adhere to the "health first" guiding ideology,the comprehensive implementation of the student physical health standard basis,"reaching the standard of PE for optimal,stay healthy" as the goal,in order to improve students’ health,strengthening students’ physique for purpose,request trains the student to have active sports consciousness,physical abilities,sports habits and sports behavior,formed in the young love sports,advocating sports,health up good atmosphere of the whole society,eventually forming physical fitness of the whole nation are generally improved situation. |
