跨栏跑技术教学的优化设计

摘    要:在跨栏跑技术教学中,运用现代结构—定向教学理论、学导程序、“叠加式小步子”教学法三者进行有机结合,并对其进行优化设计,用于跨栏技术教学。经实验验证,该优化设计教学法对提高教学质量、改善教学效果能起到较好的促进作用,同时在跨栏教学组织形式和教学方法上提出不同见解,为田径跨栏教学与训练提供科学的参考依据和新思路。

Abstract:This paper had combined the structure-orientated teaching theory,study-guided programm with "section-steps of superposing type" teaching method.Then it put the optimized design into teaching of hurdle run technique.The experiment tested that the optimized design of hurdle run technique teaching could play vital role in improving teaching quality and teaching results.Meanwhile,this paper provides different opinions on methods and form of organization in hurdle teaching to offer reference and new thoughts for hurdle teaching and training of track and field.
