| 摘 要： | 要提高构建和谐社会的能力,最为重要的是能够具有一种促使＂社会和谐＂运行的机制。本文从顺畅的社会流动机制、合理的利益协调机制、安全的社会保障机制、有效的社会控制机制和敏感的社会预警机制等五个方面对和谐社会的＂社会和谐＂机制进行论述。
