| 摘 要： | 由于体育健康课授课环境的特殊性，运动损伤等不安全因素随时有可能影响体育健康课教学的正常进行。本文主要探讨目前影响中学体育教学安全的主要因素，并提出提高中学体育课教学安全的建议，以期为中学体育教师提供参考。

| Abstract: | Due to the particularity of sports health class teaching environment,the unsafe factors of sports injury may affect physical health normal course teaching at any moment.This paper probes into the main factors influencing middle school physical education safety and put forward the suggestions.The main purpose is to provide the reference for middle school physical education teachers. |
