| 摘 要： | 目的：考察体育锻炼对大学生主观幸福感的影响。方法：通过问卷调查及实验研究等方法,对广州体育职业技术学院部分非体育类大学生进行16周的体育干预实验,以集体项目篮球和个人项目乒乓球为实验教学内容,并创设不同体育锻炼情境。结果：实验后大学生主观幸福感各因子得分较实验前均有不同程度的提高;不同运动项目和锻炼情境对提高大学生主观幸福感的效果不同,集体项目对于提高大学生主观幸福感优于个人项目;竞争性锻炼情境提高大学生主观幸福感优于娱乐性锻炼情境。结论：体育锻炼可以促进大学生主观幸福感水平的提高。

| Abstract: | Objective:Investigation and research on the effects of physical exercise on subjective sense of happiness of college students.Method:Through the questionnaire survey and experimental research method,this paper makes 16-weeks sports intervention experiment on students with non-sports major,the group event of basketball and individual event of table tennis are included into experimental teaching content,and the different physical exercise situation is created.Result:After the experiment,subjective sense of happinessof college students scores of each factor has varying degree enhancement;different sports and exercise situation of physical exercise is different to the subjective sense of happinessof college students.The group event for improving subjective sense of happiness is superior to individual event.The competitive exercise scene improve subjective sense of happiness ofcollege students is superior to the recreational exercise scene.Conclusion:Physical exercise can promote the level of subjective sense of happiness of college students. |
