| 摘 要： | 协调社会各利益主体之间的关系,是构建社会主义和谐社会的主题。宪法作为国家的根本法,调整社会利益关系是其应有品性。其中,宪法的有效实施是宪法利益调整功能得以实现的关键;构建利益关系协调的和谐社会是宪法利益调整功能的终极目标。
