A Study on Professional Identity of Young Editors in China |

| Abstract: | This article researches Chinese young editors’career identity from the view of professional value, the role of values, professional sense of belonging, active solidarity degree and professional behavior tendency five dimensions. It also analyzes its causes, and finds out the ways and methods of enhancing professional identity. |
