| 摘 要： | “大外交”是邓小平外交思想内容与特征的总括。马克思主义的统一战线理论和毛泽东等老一辈领导人的民间外交思想、时代主题的转换、世界共产主义运动中的经验教训以及我国全方位对外开放政策的实施,等等,是邓小平“大外交”思想形成的思想理论渊源、历史依据和时代背景。“大外交”思想的形成对我国外交实践具有重要的理论意义和实践指导意义。

| Abstract: | "Grand diplomacy" is the summarized item for the content and the character of Deng Xiaoping's diplomatic thoughts.Marxist's united front theory,the older generation leaders Mao Tse-tung and the like's nongovernmental diplomatic thoughts,the switches of the times theme,and the object lessons from international communist movement,together with the implementation of China's multi-faceted opening policy,are all considered as the origins of Deng Xiaoping's "Grand Diplomacy" thoughts,historical facts and times background.Hence,the formation of the "Grand Diplomacy" thoughts is of great guiding significance,both in theory and in practice,to our diplomatic practice. |
