| 摘 要： | 经历了20多年发展历程的中国民办高等教育，为中国实现高等教育的大众化作出了重要贡献，已经成为中国高等教育事业的重要组成部分。但随着高等教育向提高质量和注重内涵发展的转变，民办高等教育只有规范管理才能健康发展，要优化其发展的外部环境，规范内部管理行为，加强监督评估。

| Abstract: | The civilian-run colleges and universities that have experienced the cause for more than 40 years have importantly contributed to the popularization of Chinese higher education,thus they have played an important part of the Chinese higher education cause.However,with the transform of the higher education to the enhancement of quality and paying attention to important connotation,the civilian-run higher education must normalize management,only then can it healthily develop.It is necessary for the civilian-run higher education to optimize its external development environment,normalize its internal management action and strengthen supervision and estimation. |
