| 摘 要： | 知识服务垂数字图书馆的主要特征是信息加工技术智能化、媒体资源形式有序化、网络基础高度集成化、网络工作环境个性化；其建设内容是知识库、知识网络、知识平台、知识服务系统和专业队伍建设；我馆在网络硬件建设、管理软件建设、知识信息资源建设和知识服务系统建设方面已经初见知识服务之端倪。
