| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化的矛盾在我国日见突出,随之带来的老年教育问题也是必须认真加以研究的.老年教育是终身教育体系的重要组成部份.文章以建设全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会,大力发展老年教育事业为出发点,对加强老年教育的重要性、个性化服务和推进老年教育进程等方面进行分析,提出加强老年教育的解决办法.
