| 摘 要： | 电渣重熔冶炼过程自动控制环节,在理论研究上是建立在被控对象的线性、定常数学模型的基础上的。但是对于电渣重熔冶炼过程控制对象模型是一个多变量、非线性、强耦合的特点,在根本无法建立较为准确的数学模型的情况下,采用数字PID控制器模块,可实现参数自整定功能。

| Abstract: | The automatic control in ESR process is theoretically based on the linear unsteady mathematical model of the controlled object. But for ESR process the controlled object model is a multi variable with the characteristics of nonlinear and strong coupling. In case of no exact mathematic model,the digital PID controller module can help to realize the parameter self - tuning function. |
