摘    要:大型货车和客车一般都采用鼓式刹车,但由于零部件制造及装配误差等原因,常使车桥两端刹车鼓与刹车蹄之间受力不均,造成刹车跑偏。文章所设计的刮蹄机,较好地解决了上述刹车弊病。其刮蹄精度高,是一项实用、可靠的设计。

Abstract:Generally speaking,large trucks and buses use drum brakes,but errors of parts manufacturing and assembly will lead to unbalanced force between brake drum and brake hoof;this will cause deflection of brake.The scraping shoes machine designed by this thesis can solve all these problems.Scraping shoes machine with high accuracy,is a practical,reliable design.
