| 摘 要： | 在硫酸介质中，碘酸钾与番红花红0反应褪色程度与碘酸根量在一定范围内呈线性关系，从而建立了碘的光度测定新方法。结果表明，方法的最大吸收波长在518nm处，碘定量测定的线性范围为0。1．2mg／L，ε=3．19×10^4L／moL·cm.本法可直接测定食盐中的碘，结果满意。 |

| Abstract: | A new method has been developed for the determination of trace amount of iodate by safranineO, The complex has a maximum absorption wavelength at 518nm; The liner range is 0- 1.2mg/L for iodine; ε=3.19×10^4L/moL·cm. The method has been used for the determination ofiodate in table solt with satisfactory results. |
