番红花红O褪色光度法测定食盐中碘的研究

摘    要:在硫酸介质中,碘酸钾与番红花红0反应褪色程度与碘酸根量在一定范围内呈线性关系,从而建立了碘的光度测定新方法。结果表明,方法的最大吸收波长在518nm处,碘定量测定的线性范围为0。1.2mg/L,ε=3.19×10^4L/moL·cm.本法可直接测定食盐中的碘,结果满意。

Abstract:A new method has been developed for the determination of trace amount of iodate by safranineO, The complex has a maximum absorption wavelength at 518nm; The liner range is 0- 1.2mg/L for iodine; ε=3.19×10^4L/moL·cm. The method has been used for the determination ofiodate in table solt with satisfactory results.
