摘    要:本文在同一条件下分别测试了硫化态的催化剂CoMo/(TiO2-Al2O3)及氨化态的Mo2N催化剂的加氢脱硫和加氢脱氮性能,结果表明,对于噻吩的加氢脱硫反应,硫化态催化剂CoMo/(TiO2-Al2O3)在催化活性及稳定性方面都优于Mo2N,而Mo2N在吡啶的加氢脱氮反应中显示了较大优势.

Abstract:The measurement of thiophene hydrodesulfurization(HDS)and pyridine hydrodenitrogenation activities is carried out in a fixed-bed reactor at a hydrogen pressure3.0MPa.The results show that the catalitic activity and stability of sulfided CoMo/(TiO2Al2O3)are superiored to molybdenum nitride on the reaction of thiophene hydrodesulfurization, but the HDN activity of Mo2N is obviously higher than that of sulfided CoMo/(TiO2-Al2O3).The disadvantage of Mo2N on thiophene hydrodesulfurization is due to the blockage of small pores in Mo2N particles by less dense MoS2,whereas the superiority of Mo2N onhydrodenitrogenation results from the adsorbsive behavior of pyridine on the surface ofMo2N.
