摘    要:高校青年教师作为教育者肩负着传播知识和教书育人的职责。由于其自身既是青年知识分子,又以自身的知识和智慧培养青年知识分子的特殊性,社会对其职业素养的要求也就与其他行业群体有所不同。在社会价值趋向多元化的时代条件下,全面提升高校青年教师的职业素养,既是青年教师健康成长的必备条件,也是高等教育可持续发展的需要。

A Brief Analysis of the Role Orientation and Professional Quality of Universities Young Teachers

Abstract:The universities young teachers as educators shoulder the responsibilities of spreading knowledge and teaching; Due to the particularity, that they are not only the young intellectuals, but als the educators of the young intellectuals with their knowledge and wisdom. The social demand for its professional quality are also different from other industry groups. Under the condition of social value toward diversified era, the improvement of the professionalism of the universities young teachers is a prerequisite for the healthy growth of young teachers and the needs of sustainable development of higher education.
