| 摘 要： | 竞争情报软件在现代企业竞争情报活动中扮演着越来越重要的角色。为了剖析国外竞争情报软件的最新发展态势,选取了国外具有代表意义的七个竞争情报软件,从开发公司、功能、关键技术、灵活性、易用性和安全性六个层面对它们作了比较研究。通过比较分析,希望能给企业选购竞争情报软件提供借鉴,并对我国竞争情报软件的研发提出了建议。
