| 摘 要： | 农村土地制度是农村经济发展的基本经济制度。建国以来我国的农村土地制度先后经历了土地改革、社会主义改造时期的农业生产合作化、十一届三中全会的家庭联产承包责任制及当前的土地经营流转。分析历次土地制度的产权关系，可以发现只有土地产权明晰，赋予农民对土地的财产权利，才能充分调动农民土地生产的积极性，提高土地的资源配置效率，促进农业和农村的发展。
