| 摘 要： | 论述我国《商标法》、《专利法》等法律在保护体育标志知识产权中的作用，结合广州亚运标志知识产权保护的实例，剖析我国保护体育标志知识产权存在的不足之处，并提出了完善《特殊标志保护条例》、加强《商标法》对体育标志的保护、为广州亚运知识产权保护制定配套法规等具体建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper,functions of Trade Mark Act and Patent Law in protecting intellecutal property right of sports symbols were expatiated.Intellectual property right protection of 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games was studied to demonstrate flaws of intellectual property right protection in China.Suggestions for improving Special Symbol Protection Regulation and for strengthening Trade Mark Law to protect sports symbols are made. |
