| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育的迅速发展反映了社会发展的客观要求,是其社会经济职能的体现。高职教育的高等性、职业性、技术性、应用性特征决定了在高职教育管理中,应采取"职教"与"高教"有机结合的管理策略,"技术性"与"应用性"有机结合的管理策略,"学历教育"与"岗位培训"有机结合的管理策略以及"专职教师"与"兼职教师"有机结合的管理策略。
