| 摘 要： | 教育实习的改革已成为当今世界各国家高等师范教育改革的重要组成部分。通过对欧美等国家的高师教育实习经验的分析,我们得到了高师教育实习的几点启示:一是应通过立法来保证师范教育实习的实施;二是应加强师范生的教育理论和教师技能的培养,使教师的职业真正成为一种专业;三是应适当延长实习时间,使师范生成为一名熟练的劳动者。

| Abstract: | The reform on teaching practice has become an important part in the teaching practice of higher education throughout the world. By analyzing the experience of the European and American countries, we have drawn the following inspirations: ensuring the implementation of teaching practice by legislation, intensively cultivating students in educational theory and practice to make the profession of teachers a specialty and prolonging teaching practice period so as to help the students to grow into skilled teachers. |
