| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国留学生教育事业突飞猛进，但是发展很不平衡。广东省留学生教育的发展远远落后于京津沪等地，而广东地方高校由于生源不稳定，留学生教育更是普遍处于低效益或亏本运行状态。只有发挥自身优势，扬长避短，开拓生源，才能促进广东地方高校留学生事业的发展。

| Abstract: | Since China' s reform and opening to the outside, its international education cause has developed rapidly but in an unbalanced way. Guangdong lags far behind Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai in this respect. As a result of the unstable source of students, the international education cause of Guangdong runs at low profits or even on losses. Only when it makes full use of its advantages, maximize its favorable factors and minimize the unfavorable ones can Guangdong speed up the development of international education cause in its local universities. |
