| 摘 要： | 体育无形资产是造就强大体育产业的最直接物质基础，是判断体育产业发展水平的重要指标。研究认为，体育无形资产是体育资产的一种，是有价值、可以货币计量、能产生经济效益的经济资源．它包括特权、权利、技术、技能等。其特征是有益于体育建设和发展而没有实物形态。其特点表现在：无形性、不规范性、不确定性、独占性、非完全经济性。国有性等6个方面。判别它的三大原则为：有偿、有用、重要。着重分析了技术秘密等6种特别形态体育无形资产。研究体育无形资产应：（1）建立、完善有关体育无形资产的理论、法规、政策；（2）开发挖掘体育无形资产；（3）珍惜保护已形成的体育无形资产。

| Abstract: | The charcteristics of sport economic resource is beneficial to the sport establishment and development without the form of practical substance and the exhibition of its features are invisibility,nonspecification, uncertainty, monopoly, inconplete econorny, state - owned nature, etc. The three principles for the judgement are: payable, useful and important. Based on these, 6 kinds of special forms of sport invisible asset including technology secret, etc. are stressed1y analyzed. To study the sport invisible asset must: (1) To establish and perfect the theory, law and policy of sport invisible asset; (2) To develop and dig out the sport invisible asset; (3) To cherish and protect the sport invisible asset already formed. |
