| 摘 要： | 目前我国中职教师培训存在"双师型"教师培训力度不够、培训经费短缺、激励机制缺乏、基地建设面临众多困难等问题.因此,提出了我国中职教师培训的应对策略:完善职教师资培训法规,建立多元化的经费筹措机制,构建开放灵活的职教师资培训体系.

| Abstract: | There are many problems in the training of the vocational teachers such as insufficient strength be put into the double-qualified teachers,the shortage of the training funds,lack of the inspiration mechanism and diffi-culties in constructing the practical base.This article put forward the countermeasures of cultivating the vocational teachers in our country as follows: perfect the rules of training vocational teachers,set up the diverse mechanism of fundraising. |
