| 摘 要： | 通过对与农业文化遗产保护相关的国际法律和公约文本的分析,认为传统农业景观、传统农业活动、传统社区居民应列为农业文化遗产的保护对象,并主张通过设立保护区保证生物的多样化.通过对国际法律、公约的分析认为农业文化遗产应纳入到保护区的核心地段.

| Abstract: | Through the analysis for international law and policy related to traditional agricultural heritage,traditional agricultural landscape,agricultural activity and community inhabitants should be the protected objective,and protection areas should be set to assure biological diversity.Traditional agricultural heritage should be included in the core zone of protected area. |
