| 摘 要： | 计算机网络与信息传播技术的发展以及数字信息资源共享工程的实施，将拓宽基于网络的协同信息服务视角，虚拟服务形式已得到迅速发展，信息服务系统完全可以在网络支撑下实现虚拟联合，按虚拟服务融合机制建立跨系统协同服务联盟。从跨系统协同服务的实现需解决的问题入手，论述跨系统协同信息服务的内涵及目标定位，从协同对象、协同内容、协同服务环境三方面剖析其构成要素。

| Abstract: | The development of computer network and information communication technologies and the implementation of digital information resources sharing project，broaden the horizon of the collaborative information services. The virtual services form has been developed rapidly. Information service system can be carried out on the virtual joint, and can establish cross-system collaboration service alliance according to the virtual service integration mechanism. To begin with the key problems, this paper expounds the content and orientation of the cross system collaboration services, and analyzes its component elements from three aspects,such as the collaboration object, collaborative content and collaboration services environment. |
