| 摘 要： | 值机答颖是目前各远程教育院校比较重视的一种在线实时交互手段，以何种策略提高其应用效益是开展远程教育不可回避的问题。笔者通过建立值机答疑内容的分析类目．用行动研究法深入实地收集数据．并对其进行分析、统计覆盖并显著性检验，找出影响值机答疑效果的关键因素及提高值机答疑应用有效性的策略．为开展实际工作提供借鉴与参考。

| Abstract: | The real time question-answering is an on-line real-time interactive method presently seen as important by the distance education colleges. It's the question cannot be avoided by developing distance education to enhance its application benefit by what kind of strategy. The author want to discover the essential factors influencing the real time question-answering and the strategies can enhance application validity by content analyzing, action research and statistical methods, which can provide the model and the reference for the practical work. |
