| 摘 要： | 我国是一个旅游大国,旅游业已经成为我国经济发展的一个重要的增长极。但是,我国旅游市场还存在着许多不规范的地方,旅游法律法规还不完善,消费者控告旅行社的案件也不断增多。因此,应该加强我国旅游合同的立法,建立旅游合同制度,这样才能更好地保护旅游消费者的合法利益,维护我国旅游业的声誉,促进我国旅游业有序、健康、稳定地发展。

| Abstract: | Our country is a big country for travel.Travel industry has become an important growth point of the economic development.However,there still exist many things not-norm.for example,the imperfect rules on travel and the increasing actions against the travel agency taken by the consumers.Therefore,our country should strengthen the law-making of travel contract and build up the nominate contract system.Only so can the travel consumers＇legal interest gain better protection,we can protect with tourism＇ reputation and promote our travel to develop orderly,healthily and stably. |
