体育锻炼对我国大学生心境状态影响的元分析

摘    要:目的:了解不同锻炼项目及时间对我国大学生群体心境状态影响的差异。方法:对符合纳入标准中以简式poms量表(汉化版)作为测评工具的28篇文献数据进行元分析。结果:体育锻炼组内效应值d=0.60,组间效应值d=-0.73;不同运动方式的组间差异分析P=0.06;运动持续时间的组间差异分析P<0.01。结论:①体育锻炼对大学生心境状态的改善具有良好作用;②不同运动方式中,球类运动对心境状态的改善最佳;③运动持续时间上,8~16周对大学生心境状态的改善最佳。

Abstract:Purpose:To investigate the differences of mood states among college students in different exercise programs and times.Methods:Meta-analysis was carried out on 28 literature that met the inclusion criteria with the simplified POMS scale(Chinese version)as the evaluation tool.Results:the internal effect value of the exercise group was d=0.60,the inter group effect value was d=-0.73;the difference between groups of different exercise modes was analyzed by P=0.06;the difference of exercise duration between groups was analyzed by P<0.01.Conclusion:①a good effect of physical exercise on the improvement of university students'mental state;②different modes of exercise,improve the sports on the state of mind the best;③exercise duration,8-16 weeks of university students'mental state improved best.
