| 摘 要： | “祸莫大于无信”。诚信自古就是中华民族的美德,也是企业的经营之道,立命之本。可是,现在不诚信的事情却是越来越多,My8848.com的倒闭唤起了大家更多的思考,诚实信用也引起了更多人的关注。本文旨在分析诚实信用对电子商务的巨大影响,比较中外电子商务的不同特点,提出建立诚信制度的观点,呼唤企业诚信意识,推动产业良性发展。

| Abstract: | Honesty and affiance is Chinese virtue, and it is also the root of business existence and development. But now people ignore it .
