| 摘 要： | 本文从理论上阐述了产学研结合的指导思想及在我国高职教育中的地位和作用;明确了产学研结合与人才培养模式的关系;根据目前我国产学研结合的现状及存在的问题,提出相应对策。同时结合山东英才学院"订单式"和"顶岗实习与就业相结合"两个人才培养模式的教学实践,研究建立适合产学研结合的科学管理制度、良好运行机制和人才培养质量监控保障体系。

| Abstract: | Theoretically, this article makes a detailed statement about the guideline of production-learning-research integration as well as its role and significance in national vocational education, clarifying the relationship between the production-learning-research integration and personnel training models. Countermeasures are put forward in order to solve the existing problems according to the present state of production-learning-research integration in China. Based on the years' practical activities of two personnel training models, i.e. "order type" and "combination of on-staff internship and employment" carried out in Shandong Yingcai University, it suggests that we should study how to establish a scientific management system with good operational mechanism and personnel supervision system for quality control, which adapts to the production-learning-research integration. |
